About Us
Leo has been in the IT industry with for over 20 years. He trained in programming then moved into technical sales with various IT companies including Dell before starting Bourne Data Management Ltd in 2003.
Qualifications held:- A+, NET+, MCP and MCSA and is a Microsoft Partner.
When Leo is out of the office, he can be found in the boxing gym, out cycling, running or walking the dog.
Erica has been doing accounts and bookkeeping for over 15 years and started doing the accounts for Bourne Data Management Ltd when the business started. As the children have grown and become more independent, the accounts side of Bourne Data Management has grown too by taking on bookkeeping and accounting for a number businesses at various levels of support.
Qualifications held:- AAT Intermediate NVQ Level 2 & 3, AAT Payroll NVQ Levels 2 & 3 and is a Xero Certified Advisor.
When Erica hasn’t got her head in the books, she can be found out walking the dog with the kids, cycling or in the gym.
